Investors bringing condo concept to Wichita businesses at office park (BizJournals)
A local business group is building a nearly 40,000-square-foot business condominium center in east Wichita.

The development, called the Greenwich Business Condos, is planned for 26th Street North and Greenwich Road. It will be owned by Kansas Business Condos LLC, whose principals are Kevin Dreiling, Ryan Francisco and Garrett Simon. The developer is Ritchie & Associates.

Located north of Regency Lakes and SuperTarget east, the condo center will be inside the Greenwich Business Park.
